2016/17 – Game 02 – Round 17: Penultimate Round

Here we go then, the final two weekends of the season, oh, and five re-scheduled matches as well – just 25 matches left of the season.

Race for Top Spot

The race for top spot has swung towards Darren after he slapped in a sneaky three points for Arsenal’s 2-0 away win at Southampton on Wednesday.

Second half goals for Sanchez and Giruod not only ensured Arsenal’s continued challenge for a top four finish, but also that Darren has established himself as the favourite to take the SPAPP Game 02 title for this season.

Round 17 Matches

Round 17 starts with two matches on Friday evening. Everton travel to Watford (19:45) while on Sky Sports Chelsea will be looking to secure the Premier League title when they visit  The Hawthorns to take on WBA.

There are five matches on Saturday, followed by the remaining three matches of the Round on Sunday.

Monday Night Football

The match on Monday night, Chelsea v Watford, doesn’t form part of Round 17, as it is a re-arranged fixture from earlier in the season. It does of course count towards your Overall and Month points, so don’t forget to predict that as well.

Why not take a look at the full list of prizes that will be awarded at the end of the game.
