2017/18 – Game 02 – Round 08

Steve Keay had a great round last weekend – he’ll surely be hoping for more of the same this weekend when Round 08 starts to take shape from Saturday  lunchtime.

Round 08 couldn’t kick-off with a bigger match than Man Utd hosting Liverpool at lunchtime (12:30, Sky Sports). This is followed by five matches at three o’clock, including the two teams just outside of the bottom two, Newcastle v Southampton. The teatime match will see Chelsea trying to close that gap to the top four when they host the Crystal Palace (17:30, BT Sport) who have dropped back into the bottom three for the first time since mid-December.

Sunday kicks-off at 13:30 with the Arsenal v Watford derby. Later in the afternoon Bournemouth will be hoping to keep the potent Spurs forward line quiet at the Vitality Stadium. There’s a late opportunity in the round to score points when goal-shy Stoke host goal-mad Man City!

Not only did Steve Keay set the new One Round Wonder target last week, he also moved into fourth place of the main table and tops the monthly table as well by a relatively comfortable three points.
