I believe Arsenal’s new manager will out wit Pep Guardiola’s Manchester City on the opening weekend of the new Premier League season.
Not only do I believe that, I’ll be predicting it in Round One of SPAGames Premier Predictions game. Unai Emery is a meticulous planner and has new ideas on how Arsenal should play, including such radical thinking as “…possession of the ball and pressing when you have not got it”!

Surprise Defeat for Man Utd?
As well as a City defeat at The Emirates, I’ll be predicting Manchester United to lose at home to Leicester City in the first match of the Premier League season. Many of United’s players were on World Cup duty and hadn’t returned to full-time training just 16 days before the visit of Leicester City.
Additionally it’s well reported that United have had a slow start to their pre-season matches, prompting Jose Mourinho to mumble “One more training session. We’re not a team. We’re a group of players from different teams some are first-team, some under-23s, some coming from loans and going on loan, some are younger, under-18s. We don’t have a team to play much better…”.
