Inconsistent New Boy Hits Top

New boy to Premier Predictions, Marcus Allen, is top of the pile after three Rounds. He’s yet to hit any consistency though!  Although Marcus had really decent scores of 14 and 13 in Rounds One and Three, they sandwich a disappointing score of five in Round 02.

A more consistent run of scores can be seen if we look at the form of Cynthia West. Cynth has scored 10, 10 and 9 in the first three rounds and sits nicely in fifth place just three points off the lead.

Another new boy, Neale Ray, has had a slow start to the Game, sitting as he does in 26th. He may well point to the fact that he actually missed the first three rounds of the season as he was in the US. Well, he’s back now, so maybe we’ll see a steady rise through the ranks after the International Break.

The Month hasn’t Ended!

Last weekend may well have been the last in August, but our first Player of the Month for this season continues until the end of September, when the £22.28 prize will be awarded.

After September the Player of the Month will follow a more traditional monthly pattern with the prize awarded at the end of October, November and December.

No Monday Night Football

This is the last Round before the International break when England host Switzerland on Tuesday 11th September. Premier League fixtures will return on Saturday 15th September.

With no Monday Night Football, this weekend’s matches are crammed into Saturday and Sunday. There are seven matches on Saturday and three on Sunday.

Twenty Point Jackpot

Jackpot will be £4 for Round 04. Don’t forget, the Twenty Point Jackpot will continue to increase by £1 for every Round nobody scores twenty points.

Did you know… if the Twenty Point Jackpot had been introduced at the start of Premier Predictions seven years ago, it would be up to around £250 now?!
