Round 09: Review
In Round 09 Mark Vincent and Mike Hodgson both had the opportunity on Monday evening to go top of the One Round Wonder table if they collected three points, but Sheffield United selfishly beat Arsenal 1-0 so they both stayed on 12 points for the Round and missed out. Cynthia West, Martin Magookin and Steve Keay remain equal top of that table on 14 points collected in Round 07.
Martin Hayman had his nine point lead at the top of the Overall table cut to ‘just’ seven points points by Gareth Bridges in Round 09. Gareth’s 9 points included two three-pointers on Saturday afternoon for the Villa v Brighton and Leicester v Burnley matches (both 2-1 home wins).

Round 10: Matches
The halfway Round of Game 01 starts with a Friday night match when fouth bottom Southampton (WLLLD) host third place Leicester (LWWLW). There’s no Monday Night Football this weekend but there are four matches on Sunday including three at half-four.
Twenty Point Jackpot: £47
The Twenty Point Jackpot will increase for Round 10 to £47. If any player manages to score 20 points in a single Round, then they will win the jackpot amount. The jackpot will increase by £1 for each Round nobody manages this feat.
