Game Round 06: Review

While the Premier League goal glut appeared to reduce at the weekend, the relatively poor points scoring in Premier Predictions didn’t really reduce. Half of our players scored less than 5 points, while nobody managed to get into double-figures!

Darren Bellamy and Miles Chapman (both single title winners) managed nine points alongside Neale Ray, while four times winner Mike managed eight. Jeremy went top of the Overall Table on the same points as Jamie Cox, but beating him 6-5 o exact scores so far this season.

Player of the Month: October

Game Round 07 marks the end of October, but not all of it! With Sunday being the first of November, the first four matches this weekend will be the final four in October – that’s the Friday evening match and three on Saturday.

Before the start of Round 07, Jamie Cox is top of the October table with 23 points. Darren Bellamy and Scott Valenti are just one point behind (22) with Alex, Craig and Neale a further point behind on 20. Our Player of the Month is likely to be coming from one of those six players.

League Cup: Round of 16

We’re moving on to the Round of 16 in the SACS League Cup this weekend. To see all the results of the Round of 32 second legs you’ll need to go to the SACS League Cup page. Round of 16 first leg matches will be played this weekend during Game Round 07. You can see a review of the Round of 32 on the SACS League Cup page as well.

Twenty Point Jackpot: £80

The Twenty Point Jackpot moves on to £80 for Round 07. If any player manages to score 20 points in a single Round, then they will win the jackpot amount. The jackpot will increase by £1 for each Round nobody manages this feat.
